Kuntiz Avoids Suspension for Game 3

With the debate over Chris Kunitz's cross-check on Simeon Varlamov just before Sidney Crosby scored late in Game 2, according to NHL.com, Kunitz will be in the lineup for Game 3.

All of this, naturally, didn't sit well with Alex Ovechkin, according to NHL.com's Dan Rosen.

"Can you imagine if he gave (Varlamov) an injury, what are we going to do?" Ovechkin said. "If it's not going to be called it's going to be a terrible decision and I'm going to be (mad) about it."

Of course, it will be worth watching if Kunitz's presence becomes a distraction for the Capitals, or if officials decide to keep a closer eye on both teams crashing the net.
